Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню питання ефективності дії Конституції України, що має надзвичайно велике значення для конституційно-правової теорії та практики сучасної держави. Процес реалізації Основного Закону безпо- середньо пов’язаний з утвердженням і підтриманням у суспільстві конституційного правопорядку, тому необхідність його закріплення не лише випливає з регламентації та виконання конституційних приписів і норм, але й відображається в тому, якою мірою учасники суспільних відносин можуть здійснювати належні їм суб’єктивні права та свободи. The article sanctified to research of question of efficiency of action of Constitution of Ukraine that has an extraordinarily important value for a constitutionally legal theory and practice of the modern state. The process of realization of Basic Law is directly related to stability and providing in society of constitutional order. Necessity of his fixing important for the sake of not only regulation and implementation of norms of Constitution but also influences on that, how the members of society can carry out the proper to them equitable rights and freedoms.
