Abstract
У статті визначено поняття «державотворення в Україні» та встановлено його сутнісні риси. Запропоновано визначити поняття «державотворення в Україні» як унікальний, багатовіковий складний процес зародження, розвитку та утвердження України як суверенної, незалежної, демократичної та правової держави, в основі якого лежить сукупність тісно взаємопов’язаних зовнішніх та внутрішніх національних, територіальних, політичних, правових, соціальних, економічних та культурних факторів. Зазначено, що не в кожній державі поняття «державотворення» має ті значення і роль, які вони мають в Україні на нормативно-правовому та науковому рівнях. The article defines the concept of “state-building in Ukraine” and sets out its essential features. It is proposed to define the concept of “state-building in Ukraine”as a unique, centuries-old complex process of origin, development and establishment of Ukraine as a sovereign, independent, democratic and rule of law, based on a set of closely interconnected external and internal national, territorial, political, legal, social, economic and cultural factors. It is noted that not every state has the notion of “state-building” that has the meanings and role that they have in Ukraine at the regulatory, legal and scientific levels.
