Abstract
У статті здійснено доктринальне дослідження механізму реалізації кримі- нологічної діяльності Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України. У ході дослідження автором приділено увагу поширеним підходам до розуміння поняття «механізм», його використання у юридичній площині. Сформульовано авторське розуміння механізму реалізації кримінологічної діяльності Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України та його ефективності. In the article the author carried out a doctrinal study of the mechanism of realization of criminological activity of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine.
In the course of the research, the author pays attention to the common approaches to understanding the concept “mechanism”, as well as its use in the legal field.
At the same time, the author formulates his own understanding of the mechanism of realization of criminological activity of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine and its efficiency.
