Abstract
Виклики сучасного світу змушують держави демонструвати послідовність і чітку політику захисту власного економічного сектору від загроз як всередині, так і ззовні, наділяючи водночас широке коло суб’єктів відповідними повноваженнями. Забезпечення національних інтересів і створення економічного безпекового середовища держави багато в чому залежить не лише від наявності суб’єктів їх забезпечення, але і від їхньої злагодженої роботи на підставі чіткої нормативно-правової бази. У статті проаналізовано норми чинного законодав- ства України і досліджено праці вітчизняних науковців стосовно питання про визначення і нормативне закріплення понять «економічна безпека» та суб’єктів її забезпечення, на основі яких сформульовано авторське загальне визначення поняття «суб’єкт системи економічної безпеки». The challenges of the modern world are forcing states to demonstrate consistency and a clear policy of protecting their own economic sector from threats both internally nd externally, empowering a wide range of actors. Ensuring the national interests and creating an economic security environment of the state largely depends not only on the availability of the subjects of their provision, but also on their coordinated work on the basis of a clear legal framework. The article examines the norms of current legislation of Ukraine and analyzes the work of domestic scientists on the definition and regulation of economic security and its subjects, on the basis of which the author provides his own general definition of "economic security".
