Abstract
Автори аналізують проблеми правового регулювання оплати праці медичних працівників в умовах медичної реформи. Автори вказують, що, незважаючи на медичну реформу, яка триває, заробітна плата у галузі охорони здоров’я в Україні залишається однією з найнижчих в економіці держави. Автори констатують, що наявний рівень заробітної плати не дає можливості ефективного надання медичної допомоги та не створює стимулів для залучення, утримання, розвитку медичних працівників та якісного виконання ними трудових обов’яз- ків. Автори встановили, що медична професія потребує гідних умов праці та її відповідної оплати як стрижня державної політики у сфері зайнятості населення. The authors analyze the problems of legal regulation of salaries of medical workers in the context of medical reform. The authors point out that, despite ongoing health care reform, health care wages in Ukraine remain one of the lowest in the economy. The authors state that the current level of wages does not allow for the effective provision of medical care and does not create incentives for the recruitment, retention, development of health workers and quality performance of their duties. The authors found that the medical profession needs decent work and its appropriate remuneration as the core of public policy in the field of employment. It is stated that a formal increase in the salaries of health workers is not the right strategy, as it involves increasing spending on health care without guarantees of improving the quality of health care.
