Abstract
Метою дослідження є аналіз чинного законодавства та правової доктрини щодо розуміння обсягу принципів державної політики у сфері професійного розвитку. Загалом ця проблема на фрагментарному рівні досліджена в українській бібліографії, проте потребує системати-зації вже наявних знань та вироблення власних пропозицій щодо удосконалення наявної системи принципів. У статті розглянуто погляди науковців, які порушували ці питання у своїх дослідженнях, здійснено їхній критичний аналіз та висловлено думку автора з приводу викладених іншими дослідниками положень. Проаналізовано чинну правову норму, яка закріплює систему принципів державної політики у сфері професійного розвитку. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current legislation and legal doctrine regarding the understanding of the scope of the principles of state policy in the field of professional development. In general, this problem is studied at a fragmentary level in the Ukrainian bibliography, but it is necessary to systematize the existing knowledge and develop their own proposals for improving the existing system of principles. The article considers the points of view of scientists who touched upon this problem in their research, carried out their critical analysis and expressed the author’s opinion on the provisions set out by other researchers. The current legal norm, which establishes the system of principles of state policy in the field of professional development, is analyzed as well.
