Abstract
Стаття присвячена оцінці правової регламентації змісту права на таємницю про стан свого здоров’я. Проаналізовано міжнародні засади забезпечення таких видів медичної інформації з обмеженим доступом, як лікарська та медична таємниця, персональні дані та таємниця про стан здоров’я. The article is devoted to the assessment of the legal regulation of the content of the right to secrecy about one’s health. The international principles of providing such types of medical information with limited access as medical and medical secrecy, personal data and health secrecy are analyzed. It was found that the legal categories that reflect the content of a person’s right to secrecy about their health in current national and international law are “personal data”, “medical secrecy”, “medical secrecy”, “confidential medical information”, “secrecy of medical information”, “health status”. There is a current trend of replacing the category of “medical secret” with “medical secret” in all current regulations of Ukraine.
