Abstract
Наукове дослідження присвячено вивченню інституту угод у кримінальному процесі, зокрема детальному аналізу чинного кримінально-процесуального законодавства та узагальненню наукових праць відомих дослідників у цій сфері. У статті подано аналіз поняття «інститут угод» у кримінальному процесі України, проведено коротку порівняльну характеристику видів угод у чинному законодавстві, досліджено особливості правового регулювання і практичного використання інституту угод у кримінальному процесі. The scientific research is devoted to the study of the institute of agreements in criminal proceedings, which consists in a detailed analysis of the current criminal procedural legislation and generalization of scientific works of famous scientists in this field. The article presents an analysis of the concept of the institution of agreements in the criminal process of Ukraine, a brief comparative description of the types of agreements in current legislation, explores the features of legal regulation and practical use of the institution of agreements in criminal proceedings.
