Автором проаналізовано матеріали з окреслення поняття, визначення сутності, значення кримінально-виконавчої політики України на основі позицій авторитетних науковців і дослідників, що дало підстави аргументувати теоретичні та практичні положення у контексті цієї теми. The author analyzes the materials on the concept, definition of the essence and meaning of criminal enforcement policy in Ukraine based on the positions of authoritative scientists, researchers and scholars, which gave grounds to argue theoretical and practical provisions in the context of the outlined topic.
