Abstract
Запобіжна діяльність за своїм змістом, масштабом заходів та кількістю загальних та спеціальних суб’єктів, що беруть в ній участь, значно ширша, ніж практика застосування покарання до особи, винної у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення. Запобігання злочинності можна уявити як систему заходів, що спрямована на криміногенні явища і процеси; зв’язки між цими процесами і формуванням особистості злочинця; зв’язки між особистістю злочинця і криміногенною ситуацією. У процесі вивчення детермінант злочинності аналізується взаємодія соціального середовища та населення, зокрема різних типів особистості. Відбувається оцінка особистісних рис потенційного «злочинця», оскільки вони з’являються задовго до того, як реалізуються у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення. The preventive activities are much broader in their content, scope of the measures and a number of the general and special entities participating in them than the practice of applying punishment to a person guilty of a criminal offense. A crime prevention can be represented as a system of the measures aimed at the criminogenic phenomena and processes; the links between these processes and the formation of the identity of the offender; the links between the identity of the offender and the criminogenic situation. In the process of studying the determinants of a crime, the interaction of the social environment and the population, in particular the different types of a personality, is analyzed. The personality traits of a potential “offender” are assessed because they appear long before they are realized in the commission of a criminal offense.
