Abstract
Актуальність статті полягає в тому, що вища освіта є вершиною досягнень людства щодо навчання і виховання майбутніх поколінь, які після її отримання будуть здійснювати провідний гуманітарний, технічний, науковий вплив на розвиток українського суспільства та людства в цілому. Вона також є провідним чинником утвердження і розвитку громадянського суспільства та правової держави. Вища освіта в Україні знаходиться на належному рівні, проте нові виклики, які стоять перед нашою державою, потребують її подальшого теоретичного осмислення та вироблення напрямків стосовно підвищення якості та ефективності, що має здійснюватися на певній методологічній платформі. The relevance of the article is that higher education is the culmination of human achievements in teaching and educating future generations. Which after its receipt will have a leading humanitarian, technical, scientific and other high impact on the development of Ukrainian society and humanity as a whole. It is also a leading factor in the establishment and development of civil society and the rule of law. Higher education in Ukraine is at the appropriate level, however, the new challenges facing our country require its further theoretical understanding and development of directions for improving the quality and efficiency, which should be carried out on a certain methodological platform.
