Abstract
У статті розглянуто еволюцію законодавчого регулювання проектування та утворення приміських зон в Україні. Сформульовано авторське визначення поняття «приміська зона». Наголошено про те, що проектування приміської зони може здійснюватися у контексті розроблення комплексного плану просто- рового розвитку території територіальної громади, генерального плану міста і проекту приміської зони. The article deals with the evolution of legislative regulation of design and suburban areas in Ukraine. It is formulated the author's definition of the concept of «suburban area». It is emphasized that the design of the suburban area can be carried out in the context of developing a comprehensive plan of spatial development of the territorial community, Master Plan of the City and Project of Suburban Area.
