Abstract
Метою статті є вивчення психологічних особливостей переживання бойової психотравми комбатантами. Методологічну основу дослідження становлять наукові концепції вивчення бойової психотравми військовослужбовців і можливих варіацій психічних розладів після її отримання. Методологічний інструментарій обрано відповідно до окресленої мети, специфіки об’єкта і предмета дослідження. Розглянуто низку теоретичних положень щодо трактування понятійного апарату дослідження (психотравма, бойовий стрес, гострий травматичний розлад, посттравматичний розлад тощо). Висвітлено особливості перебігу гострого травматичного розладу та посттравматичного розладу, окреслено притаманні їм ознаки. Схарактеризовано детермінанти виникнення гострого травматичного та посттравматичного розладів. Доведено, що для здійснення ефективної індивідуальної професійно-психологічної підготовки військовослужбовців до потенційної бойової травматизації важливо орієнтуватися на профіль особистості, яка має підвищений ризик виникнення посттравматичного стресового розладу та гострого стресового розладу. Наукова новизна статті полягає в узагальненні теоретичних засад розгляду проблеми переживання бойової психотравми військовослужбовцями. У висновках визначено, що збереження психічного здоров’я комбатантів обумовлює необхідність розмежування наслідків їх бойової психотравматизації з метою реалізації індивідуального підходу здійснення психологічної допомоги після перебування в екстремальних умовах воєнного конфлікту. The article aims to study the psychological characteristics of combatants' experience of combat trauma. The methodological basis of the article is the scientific concepts of studying combat psychotrauma of servicemen and possible variations of mental disorders after it. The methodological tools were chosen in accordance with the stated purpose, specifics of the object and subject of the study. A number of theoretical positions on the interpretation of the conceptual apparatus of the study are considered, namely: psychotrauma, combat stress, acute traumatic disorder, post-traumatic disorder, etc. The main features of the course of acute traumatic disorder and post-traumatic disorder are revealed, their similar and differential features are identified. A number of significant determinants of the occurrence of acute traumatic and posttraumatic disorders are characterized. It is proved that in order to carry out effective individual professional and psychological training of servicemen for potential combat traumatization, it is important to focus on the profile of a person who has an increased risk of acute posttraumatic disorder and posttraumatic disorder. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the generalization of the theoretical foundations of the problem of combat trauma in military personnel. It has been determined that the preservation of the mental health of combatants necessitates the distinction between the consequences of their combat psychotraumatization in order to implement an individual approach to psychological assistance after being in extreme conditions of military conflict.
