Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню еволюції формулювання поняття крадіжка, її правової природи, видів та протидії крадіжкам кримінально-правовими засобами. Наголошено на важливості дослідження витоків становлення законодавства щодо кримінально-правової охорони власності, формування окремих правових категорій і понять, зокрема злочини проти власності, їх види, крадіжка та види крадіжки тощо. Досліджено еволюцію формулювання поняття крадіжка, її правову природу, засоби протидії крадіжкам з часів Київської Русі до початку ХХ ст. The article is devoted to the research of the evolution of the development of the concept of theft, its legal nature, its types, and counteracting thefts by criminal law means. The importance of studying the origins of the formation of legislation regarding the criminal law protection of property, the formation of certain legal categories and concepts, in particular crimes against property, their types, theft, and types of theft, is noted. The evolution of the concept of theft, its legal nature, and means of counteracting theft from the time of Kyiv Rus to the beginning of the 20th century are studied.
