Abstract
Статтею 47 Конституції України кожному гарантовано право на житло, а на державу покладено обов’язок створення умов, при яких кожен зможе побудувати, придбати чи взяти в оренду житло. Не менш важливі гарантії встановлені і спеціальними законодавчими актами щодо гарантування відповідним категоріям осіб права на доступне житло. The article 47 of the Constitution of Ukraine guarantees everyone the right to housing, and the state is tasked with creating conditions under which everyone can build, purchase or rent housing. Equally important guarantees have been established by special legislative acts regarding the guarantee of the right to affordable housing for the relevant categories of persons.
