Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано актуальність реформування митної системи України в умовах європейської інтеграції на засадах вивчення та перейняття кращого досвіду побудови та функціонування митних органів європейських держав. На засадах логічного аналізування різних країн Європейського Союзу обрано Нідерланди як одну із репрезентативних європейських держав з огляду на високий рівень розвитку митної системи країни та потужну портову індустрію. Ретельно досліджено та проаналізовано досвід побудови та роботи митних органів Нідерландів. На підставі одержаних результатів дослідження виокремлено ключові вектори реформування митної системи України. Under the conditions of European integration of Ukraine and the existence of considerable problems in the activities of national customs authorities, there is a need for reformation of the customs system on the basis of studying and adopting the best practices in the construction and operation of customs authorities of European states. On the basis of logical analysis of different European Union (EU) countries, the Netherlands has been selected as one of the representative European country, considering the high level of development of the country's customs system and a powerful port industry. The purpose of the study is a thorough study of the Dutch experience in the construction and functioning of customs authorities in the context of the adoption of key customs principles during the reformation of Ukraine's customs system in the context of European integration.
