Abstract
У статті розглянуто теоретичні та інструментальні основи механізму управління трансформаціями у системі економічної безпеки підприємства. Наведено вимоги та запропоновано формалізацію процесу побудови організаційно-економічного механізму управління трансформаціями системи економічної безпеки підприємства. Уточнено склад механізму управління та обґрунтовано його «організаційну» та «економічну» компоненти. Розглянуто вплив організаційно-економічного механізму управління трансформаціями на систему економічної безпеки підприємства. The theoretical and instrumental foundations of organizational-economic mechanism of transformations management in the system of economic security of enterprise are considered in the article. The requirements are presented and process formalization of creation of organizational-economic mechanism of transformations management of system of economic security of enterprise is proposed. The composition of mechanism of transformations management is specified and its "organizational" and "economic" components are justified. The influence of organizational-economic mechanism of transformations management on the system of economic security of enterprise is considered.
