Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання місцевих бюджетів у контексті проведення в державі фінансової децентралізації. Відмічено, що важливим інструментом у питанні ефективності та реальності місцевих бюджетів має стати саме фінансова децентралізація, запровадження якої забезпечить достатніми матеріальними та фінансовими ресурсами розвиток усіх сфер життєдіяльності територіальних громад на підставі чіткого розподілу повноважень між державною, виконавчою владою і місцевим самоврядування. The article examines questions of local budgets in the context of the state of fiscal decentralization. It is pointed out that an important instrument in the issue of the effectiveness and reality of local budgets should be fiscal decentralization, the implementation of which will provide sufficient material and financial resources to the development of all spheres of life of local communities based on a clear division of powers between the state executive power and local self-government.
