Abstract
Емпіризм свідчить, що формуванню структури ядра показників дієвості аналізу і оцінки має передувати ретельне пізнання структури вихідних та початкових даних. Структура ядра показників ефективності повинна плануватися таким чином, щоб мінімізувати час на реалізацію запитів, не викликаючи водночас істотного збільшення обсягу пам`яті, зайнятої під основні конгломерати.
