Specific aspects of organization of operative data fixation in the abovementioned states are distinguished upon the study of legislative acts regulating operative and search activity. Висвітлено корисний досвід Канади в контексті реформування органів Національної поліції України.The results of the trip by the delegation of the Ukrainian Academy of Patrol Police to Canada were summarized and analyzed in order to study current issues in the field of training Canadaʼs police activities and participate in the training course «Personal Security for Police Instructors» conducted by the Canadian Police Mission in Ukraine. The experience of Canada in the context of reforming and improving the system of vocational training is described. В.; Kykot, P.Досліджено сучасний стан ринку авіаційних перевезень в Україні. Проаналізовано правові засади державного регулювання галузі цивільної авіації. Визначено перспективи розвитку національного ринку авіаційних перевезень, які зумовлені підписанням Угоди між Україною та Європейським Союзом про Спільний авіаційний простір, а також повʼязані із цим недоліки. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізмів державного регулювання в галузі авіаперевезень. The article analyzes the current state of the aviation transport market in Ukraine, analyzes the legal bases of state regulation in the field of civil aviation, defines the prospects for the development of the national aviation transport market, which are due to the signing of the Agreement between Ukraine and the EU on the Common Aviation Area and the disadvantages that may be caused by this. The author provided suggestions on improving the mechanisms of state regulation in the field of air transportation.Item Цивільно-правова відповідальність поліцейських у Республіці Польща.CIVIL LIABILITY OF THE POLICE IN THE REBUBLIC OF POLAND(2018) Панченко, О. І.; Panchenko, O.Досліджено проблеми цивільно-правової відповідальності поліцейських за шкоду, завдану під час виконання ними службових обов’язків, у Республіці Польща. Розглянуто нормативно-правові акти, у яких закріплено підстави притягнення поліцейських до відповідальності, а також порядок визначення виду та розміру відшкодування завданої шкоди. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо можливості впровадження позитивного досвіду Республіки Польща із цього питання до законодавства України.The article deals with the problem of civil liability of police officers for damage caused during the performance of their official duties in the Republic of Poland. Since the reform of the police in this country took place nearly twenty years ago, and as a result of it only positive changes, which were acknowledged both by the population of the Rebublic of Poland and the leaders of other European states, were made, one can safely assert that borrowing of such a positive experience is highly desirable for Ukraine.Item Неупереджений суд у контексті міжнародних стандартів.IMPARTIAL COURT WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS(2018) Чабан, Н. А.; Chaban, N.Досліджено неупередженість суду як один із міжнародних стандартів, відображений у низці міжнародно-правових актів. Обґрунтовано значущість неупередженості для демократичної організації та функціонування національних судів. Увагу акцентовано на необхідності імплементації міжнародних стандартів у національне законодавство та судову практику в умовах реформування судової системи.The article is devoted to the topical issues, because judicial reform in Ukraine requires critical reflection of current legislation which regulates the judicial system and legal proceedings, in order to improve it and bring it in line with international standards of judicial power. Impartiality of the court according to international standards, which found a reflection in numerous international legal acts is studied by the author. The article emphasizes the importance of impartiality for the democratic organization and functioning of national courts. Attention is paid to the need for the implementation of international standards in national law and judicial practice in the conditions of judicial system reforming.
