ASPECTS OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE(2021) ВИГАНЯЙЛО, Світлана Миколаївна; VYHANIAILO, SvitlanaСтаттю присвячено дослідженню проблеми економічної безпеки електронної комерції в Україні. Розглядаються та аналізуються інструменти реалізації економічної безпеки, які впливають на формування економічної стратегії українських підприємств (у методах реалізації продукції присутні елементи електронної комерції) та підприємств, основним напрям діяльності яких є електронна комерція. Пропонуються заходи стосовно ефективного впровадження інструментів забезпечення економічної безпеки інформаційних систем українських підприємств. Метою роботи є визначення процесу розробки стратегії досягнення економічної безпеки. Особливе місце відведено інструментам визначення міри захищеності інформаційної системи електронної комерції. The paper is devoted to the study of the problem of economic security of e-commerce in Ukraine. The tools of economic security implementation that influence the formation of the economic strategy of Ukrainian enterprises, the main activity of which is ecommerce, are considered and analyzed. Measures for effective implementation of tools for determining the degree of security of ecommerce information system are proposed. Identifying new methods of economic security research will help increase economic stability and reduce the vulnerability of Ukrainian enterprises. The purpose of the paper is to determine the process of calculating the security of the e-commerce information system, and to determine the vulnerability of the system. The purpose of the security system as a whole is to identify and prevent dangers and threats, to ensure the security of e-commerce enterprises and to achieve business goals. Determining the degree of security of the e-commerce information system is conducted in two directions: analysis of existing types of technical means of storing and protecting information; and expert assessment of losses from threats. To effectively achieve the economic security of e-commerce, it is necessary to use a variety of techniques and the latest technologies to identify and prevent various sources of threats. This will make it possible to build a system of protection against the violation of the integrity of the economic system. Provide tools to reduce risks and external pressures on the business environment. It will allow to build an effective control system and attract additional control methods. The dynamics of ecommerce development and the degree of its integration into the economy encourage additional research in the direction of reducing risks and achieving economic security.Item СУЧАСНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ОСНОВНИМ КАПІТАЛОМ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА. Висвітлено роль стратегічного та тактичного планування процесу відтворення основних засобів в управління основним капіталом промислового підприємства та причини його оновлення. Представлено вимоги до формування стратегії та системи управління основним капіталом промислового підприємства. Запропоновано етапи формування ефективної стратегії управління основним капіталом в умовах сучасного ринку та основні напрями діяльності промислового підприємства в цій сфері. Показано необхідність проведення раціональної амортизаційної політики та коректної переоцінки основних засобів. Розглянуто значимість використання лізингу як ефективного інструменту інвестування та оновлення основних фондів вітчизняних підприємств промислової галузі економіки. Production activity is impossible without the presence of fixed capital and its basic element – fixed assets, in the operation of which the depreciation fund is formed and the targeted use of depreciation deductions and quality reproduction of fixed assets of the enterprise are positioned to the fore. The importance of this issue increases due to need to enter markets with competitive goods and services, which leads to innovative and active activities of industrial enterprises, which require, above all, significant investments into the fixed assets. For the effective management of fixed capital, it is important for industrial enterprises to perform a number of tasks, which involve the development of long-term strategy and tactics for the formation and effective use of fixed assets; determination of fixed capital renewal needs; adequate assessment of the conditions of fixed assets, maintaining the proper conditions of machinery and equipment; implementation of rational depreciation policy; finding acceptable sources of funding for the restoration of fixed capital, as well as finding more efficient ways of using the investment resources. It should allow the industrial enterprise to produce products, which are in demand, and ensure stable competitive positions and high efficiency in the long run.Item ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ТА СОЦІАЛЬНІ ІНДИКАТОРИ СОЛІДАРНОГО ПЕНСІЙНОГО СТРАХУВАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ. ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL INDICATORS OF SOLIDARITY PENSION INSURANCE IN UKRAINE(2021) БЕЗПАЛЕНКО, Ольга Володимирівна; BEZPALENKO, OlhaПроблеми пенсійного забезпечення, зокрема, солідарного пенсійного страхування, є постійними в полі зору науковців, більшої частини працюючого населення, пенсіонерів, представників державних органів та інших зацікавлених осіб. Статтю присвячено детальній характеристиці впливу різних факторів на фінансове забезпечення загальнообов’язкового державного пенсійного страхування, стану формування та використання фінансових ресурсів Пенсійного фонду України. Звернено увагу нар фіскальній функції страхових внесків Пенсійного фонду України та проблемних фінансових та соціальних питаннях, пов’язаних із його розвитком. Прийняття відповідних рішень для подальшого реформування пенсійної системи повинно базуватися на детальній оцінці індикаторів соціально-економічного характеру. Problems of pension provision, in particular, solidarity pension insurance, are under constant concern of scientists, the majority of the working population, pensioners, government officials and other stakeholders. The main issues of discussion are: social justice and insecurity, material security, financial imbalance and insolvency of the pension budget and others. The solution of these issues and the adoption of the appropriate decisions for further reform of the pension system should be based on a detailed assessment of various socio-economic factors. The aim of this work is to substantiate the problem of financial balance of the Pension Fund budget, generalize the impact of economic and social indicators on the level of solidarity pensions in Ukraine, and identify key aspects for solving urgent issues of reforming the national pension system. Ukrainian scientists have studied the following: the analysis of revenues and expenditures of the Pension Fund budget, the impact of certain factors on the development of pension insurance, foreign experience of pension provision and the possibility of its application in the pension system of Ukraine. The system of state pension insurance needs a deeper assessment, outlining the main directions of its further development and solving urgent issues in this area.Item МЕТОДИЧНІ РЕКОМЕНДАЦІЇ З ЦИФРОВОГО ОЦІНЮВАННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ПОКАЗНИКІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ. METHODOLOGICAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DIGITAL EVALUATION OF SOCIAL INDICATORS OF ENTERPRISES(2021) ГРИГОР’ЄВ, Олександр Юрійович; HRYHORIEV, Oleksandr; ПЕТРИШИН, Наталя Ярославівна; PETRYSHYN, Natalia; ТОДОЩУК, Андрій Васильович; TODOSHCHUK, AndriiУ статті обґрунтовано ключові проблеми вітчизняної нормативно-методичної бази для визначення соціального рейтингу юридичної особи в умовах європейської інтеграції. Запропоновані методичні рекомендації з визначення соціального рейтингу юридичної особи на основі кредиту соціальної довіри, що застосовується в Китайській Народній Республіці та на основі досвіду провідних країн світу. Дані рекомендації пропонується застосовувати державними органами України з метою мінімізації корупції та прозорості надання пільг, привілеїв, державних замовлень тощо. One of the most important functions of the state in accordance with the Constitution is a constant increase of the well-being of the population of Ukraine. The main direction of raising the well-being is the implementation of the country's socioeconomic policy. Digital rating of legal entities and individuals is one of the directions of informatization of society in European integration. The importance of the rating is determined by the problem of creating a transparent society, the fight against corruption, the creation of equal conditions for individuals and legal entities, control over the loyalty of the population, etc. The proposed methodological recommendations on the social rating of enterprises allow to form the necessary basis for state bodies in the scope of managerial decisions on financing, support, protection, permission to participate in public bids, providing various benefits and brets and it is recommended to use not only by state social bodies, but also by others, by a variety of state authorities. The proposed recommendations will allow to eliminate disadvantages in the distribution of state subsidies, subsidies, subventions and other state-owned assistance, as well as serve as a benchmark in determining the optimal social policy both in the country as well as in regions. FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL COMPETENCIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION OF ECONOMY AND SOCIETY(2021) ХАНДІЙ, Олена Олексіївна; KHANDII, OlenaУ статті досліджено підходи до визначення понять «цифрові навички», «цифрові компетентності», «цифрова грамотність», які є ключовими в Концепції розвитку цифрових компетентностей. Дано оцінку узгодженості плану заходів із реалізації Концепції розвитку цифрових компетентностей із декларованими завданнями стосовно формування й розвитку цифрових компетентностей громадян. Розглянуто підходи до класифікації та виокремлення рівнів цифрової компетентності. Наголошено на потребі оновлення моделей компетентності працівників усіх галузей у зв’язку зі змінами трудових функцій, предметів та засобів праці, вимог до знань, умінь і навичок персоналу під впливом цифровізації економіки та суспільства. Зроблено висновки про неузгодженість професійних та освітніх стандартів потребам сучасного ринку праці, що обумовлює невідповідність компетентностей випускників закладів освіти потребам і вимогам роботодавців. The digitalization of the economy and society requires not only technical and technological changes, but also the transformation of employee competencies in accordance with modern requirements for the professional qualification level of employees of the digital economy. The purpose of the work is to study the institutional and organizational factors of formation and development of digital competencies in the context of digitalization of the economy and society. The research uses an abstract-logical method, a systematic approach and methods of institutional analysis, a hypothetical method and deductions. The paper examines the approaches to the definition of “digital skills”, “digital competencies”, “digital literacy”, which are key in the Concept of digital competencies. The assessment of the consistency of the action plan for the implementation of the Concept of development of digital competencies with the declared tasks for the formation and development of digital competencies of citizens is given. Approaches to the classification and separation of levels of digital competence are considered. Emphasis is placed on the need to update the competency models of workers in all industries in connection with changes in labor functions, objects and means of work, requirements for knowledge, skills and abilities of staff under the influence of digitalization of the economy and society. Conclusions are made about the inconsistency of professional and educational standards with the needs of the modern labor market, which causes the mismatch of competencies of graduates of educational institutions to the needs and requirements of employers. The impact of digitalization processes on the transformation of key competencies and their combination, the emergence of new professions requires constant monitoring and consideration in regulations in order to harmonize digital, labor and educational development.Item Економіка.
