На підставі контент-аналізу літератури визначено детермінанти управління конкурентоспроможністю морської транспортної інфраструктури. За допомогою методу морфологічного аналізу було визначено євроінтеграційні детермінанти управління конкурентоспроможністю морської транспортної інфраструктури, які поділені за напрямками, а також виділено їх в межах конструктивного та деструктивного характер. Important in the process of European integration is determinants of maritime transport infrastructure competitiveness management with modern European requirements for improving provision of efficient technology services in maritime transportation. Scilicet necessary harmonization of economic processes and their compliance with European and world standards, however, when maritime transport infrastructure interacts with the external environment there is a certain contradiction between need to integrate into the international economy, on the one hand, and ensuring effective domestic economic integration protecting national interests, on the other hand. Having formed a look at the main determinants of managing the competitiveness of maritime transport infrastructure, it should be noted that, despite importance of each determinant separately, an integral condition is their integrated interaction which affects the provision and increase of competitiveness of the studied area. The results of the study indicate that the European integration determinants of managing the competitiveness of maritime transport infrastructure is one of the most important characteristics that is used to establish conceptual frameworks and form an effective methodology for managing the competitiveness of maritime transport infrastructure.Item МЕТОДИЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ОЦІНКИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ. Виявлено проблеми та недоліки, а також наслідки застосування цих методів. Зроблено та розкрито поняття економічної та соціальної ефективностей, а також розкрито суть теоретичних і практичних аспектів в оцінці ефективності підприємницької діяльності. Здійснено аналіз відносно використання сучасних методів оцінки ефективності в умовах сучасного розвитку українського підприємництва. Economic efficiency of entrepreneurial activity is one of the most important criteria that are associated with the achievement of strategic goals in the development of the enterprise. The main problem in evaluating and applying cost-effectiveness tools is to obtain the best financial results through the use of all available resources. Thus, the analysis of modern methods of assessing the economic efficiency of entrepreneurial activity at the present stage makes it possible to conclude that the valuation methods used have positive and negative factors. Досліджено окремі аспекти, а також сучасний стан використання техніко-криміналістичних засобів під час проведення цієї слідчої (розшукової) дії. Проаналізовано шляхи вдосконалення та покращення ефективності проведення огляду за рахунок використання інновацій під час її проведення. Розглянуто окремі проблемні питання, пов’язані з використанням інновацій в огляді місця події. Інновації у цій слідчій (розшуковій) дії є нагальною потребою часу, тим більше, що технології досягли високого рівня і дозволяють швидко й ефективно виконувати різні завдання. Criminalistics is a science that aims to satisfy the needs of the practice and not only the investigator, but also the prosecutor's, lawyer's and expert's. And this is especially true of the current stage of society, where it faces many challenges and modern technologies are rapidly evolving. This puts forensics with complex and varied tasks, both related to the provision of practice and the training of relevant professionals. The issue of introduction of innovations into the practice of investigation of criminal offenses was of great relevance. An important aspect of the introduction of the latest technologies and innovations in the process of investigation of criminal offenses is their use during investigative actions, in particular, the crime scene investigation. However, the coverage of some aspects of the use of innovation during the crime scene investigation remains relevant and needs to be addressed. The purpose of the paper is to look at specific issues related to the use of innovation during the crime scene investigation. Criminalistics should evolve dynamically both as a science and as a discipline. She must respond to the practice's requests in a timely manner. And this, accordingly, requires a high level of training of both future practitioners and scientists who will later become at the forefront of forensics. INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT OF PROJECTS FOR ELECTRIC MOBILITY DEVELOPMENT: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND UKRAINE(2020) ХАРІН, Сергій Анатолійович; KHARIN, Serhii Anatoliiovych; ПУРІЙ, Ганна Володимирівна; PURII, Hanna VolodymyrivnaУ статті розглянуто різні аспекти розвитку виробництва електромобілів в ряді провідних зарубіжних країн. Досліджується динаміка зростання питомої ваги електромобілів у загальному обсязі транспорту і його прогнозні показники з урахуванням країн, які планують повний перехід на електромобільність. Відзначено, що у багатьох зарубіжних країнах дотації і податкові знижки для власників електромобілів виступають в якості важливого інструменту державного стимулювання. Аналізується можливість випуску українських електромобілів. Підкреслюється, що виробництво електромобілів дозволяє об'єднувати два виграшних економічних фактора – інноваційність продукції і масове її виробництво. The research considers various aspects of electric vehicle production in some leading foreign countries. Dynamics of specific weight of electric vehicles in total transport and its forecast indices are under analysis considering those of the countries planning complete transition to electric mobility. Urgency of building an expanded network of charging stations of various capacity is pointed out. It is revealed that Volkswagen, the world largest automobile concern, is going to introduce much more new designs of electric vehicles than it considered before – 70 instead of 50 by 2028. It is planned to produce more electric vehicles – from 15 to 22mln in the decade to follow. Besides, the share of electric vehicles in the concern’s total production is to exceed 40% by 2030. It is indicated that 44bln euros will be invested into designing new VW automobiles in the nearest 5 years. It is significant that in many foreign countries there are subsidies and tax reduction for electric vehicle owners which are used as an important tool of the state’ incentives. Besides, special attention is paid to improvement and development of production of batteries for electric cars, especially in the EU countries. The authors suggest schemes of elaborating electric mobile innovations and power supply for electric mobility providing green and economic solutions for generating power for electric cars by wind generators. Potential production of Ukrainian electric cars is under analysis. It is highlighted that electric vehicle production allows combining two economically beneficial factors – innovative character of a product and its large-scale production. In this case, there will be a novelty effect and huge unsatisfied demand as well as scale saving.Item УПРАВЛІННЯ ДЕРЖАВНИМ БОРГОМ У КОНТЕКСТІ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ УКРАЇНИ. Виявлено взаємозв’язок проблеми державної заборгованості та економічного розвитку країни. Проаналізовано динаміку державного боргу України за період 2010-2019 рр. Досліджено дефолт як засіб державної боргової політики та наведено основні його економічні наслідки. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід управління державним боргом на прикладі Аргентини. Визначено економічну сутність технічного дефолту та запропоновано концепцію технічного дефолту як пріоритетний напрям державної боргової політики України в сучасних умовах. The paper explores the theoretical and methodological basis of the concept of public debt management. The relationship between the problem of public debt and economic development of the country has been revealed. The dynamics of Ukraine's public debt for the period 2010-2019 have been analyzed. The default as a means of state debt policy has been investigated and its main economic consequences are presented. The international experience of managing public debt on the example of Argentina has been analyzed. The tourism industry is a powerful socio-economic and political factor that determines the economic development and policy of many countries and regions of the world. . In order to increase the representativeness of the Ukraine tourist image, the introduction of promising directions for the development of regional tourism, it is necessary to take into account those components of the tourist potential that have the necessary properties for the development, creation and successful use of a competitive tourist product on the regional and national tourist markets. An important step to optimize the tourism potential of Ukraine should be to eliminate the advertising vacuum, especially for foreign citizens, through the involvement of various advertising companies. Creating an effective advertising campaign, holding tenders for the restoration and promotion of cultural heritage sites in Ukraine will help to solve many problems related to the destruction of historical and cultural monuments, as well as to form and strengthen a positive image of the country.Item Економіка.
