Визначено управління змінами як окремий вид управлінської діяльності. Систематизовано види методів та інструментів змін за характером впливу, залежно від термінів реалізації, від об’єктів змін, від моделі підприємства та доповнено класифікацію методами управління організаційною культурою та методами організаційного навчання залежно від циклу навчання та об’єкта. The chain of change that is currently shaking the world and caused by the pandemic requires from organizations to adapt quickly and take anti-crisis measures. The research summarizes the following results: methodological foundations of change management require a wide range of methods and tools, which will be constantly expanded, due to significant changes in the external environment and the emergence of a new type of organizations that become effective in such an environment. Therefore, it is advisable to supplement the methods of change management with methods of organizational learning and methods of managing organizational culture. Управління сферою освіти – це складний та багатоплановий процес, який потребує ефективних інноваційних підходів в умовах управління обмеженими ресурсами. Дана тема є дуже актуального для сучасної сфери освіти України через існуючі проблеми, які є причинами її низької конкурентоспроможності у міжнаціональному масштабі. Авторами статті розглянуто поняття логістичний потік, логістичний центр, логістичний метод та заходи для підвищення ефективності управління ресурсами у сфері освіти. Modern education in the existing form is calling out for emergency reforms. Unfortunately, there’re no significant or important shifts now. The problem is that existing educational system is unable to do any significant reforms due to its discrepancy towards the modern world’s demands and level of development. The logistic management method as the instrument of resource management efficiency increasing was defined and processed by many domestic and foreign scientists. Considering the existing problems in the Ukraine’s educational system the resource management efficiency increasing and optimization of educational processes with the help of logistic methods of management are becoming vitally important and actual for the sake of the Ukraine’s educational system development. The necessary method of study and resource distribution management during the study process is the logistic flow which bases on the principles and rules of the education logistics. A significant reduction of costs and optimization of the resource use can be witnessed during with this management method implementation. Для всебічного та об’єктивного висвітлення проводиться огляд таких теоретичних понять як фінансова безпека підприємства, кіберзагроза, кібербезпека, кіберзахист у їх взаємозв’язку. Проводиться огляд досліджень у сфері кібербезпеки. Основна увага зосереджена на висвітленні збитків та втрат для бізнесу, які за собою тягнуть кібератаки. Авторами запропоновано враховувати категорії кіберзагроза та кібербезпека у дослідженні питання інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. As a component of the business environment the information environment is characterized by significant cyber threats and requires cyber protection. The processes of Ukrainian society digitalization and changes in providing the information security update the enterprise's financial security measures and their connection with cybersecurity. Our trends, formed in the conditions of active development of the post-industrial economy, dictate the need to apply an innovative approach not only to the development of the manufacturing sector, but also to form the innovative potential of service enterprises, which include trade enterprises. This is due to growing competition, increasing the frequency of new technologies for consuming services, increasing consumer demand. Розглянуто питання невідповідності підготовці фахівців вищими та середніми навчальними закладами та їх перекваліфікації потребам та кон’юнктури ринку праці. Відображено місце та роль рівня освіти у світі. А також зазначено актуальні проблеми України, пов’язані з рівнем освіти та його наслідками. У статті проведено аналіз 60 країн світу, який довів, що рівень безробіття значно нижчий серед людей із вищим рівнем освіти, а отже, доведено вплив рівня освіти на кількість зайнятого населення. The paper is devoted to research correlation between level of education and employment rate. It is aimed at proving the impact of education on employment. Also in this paper was considered the issue of incompatibility of quality specialists by universities and colleges in market conditions and was displayed the role and place of the level of education in the world. Moreover, many current problems related to the level of education and theirs consequences were described below. In this paper was conducted an analysis of 60 different countries of the world which concluded that the unemployment rate is much lower among people with higher education. Therefore, the influence and correlation of the level of education on the number of employed people is proved.Item ЛОГІСТИКА МОРСЬКОГО ТРАНСПОРТУ. Авторами проаналізовано питання оптимізації роботи організацій усіх видів діяльності. Метою роботи є систематизація і розвиток теоретично-практичного базису логістики морського транспорту. Проаналізовано призначення морських перевезень, види вантажів, напрями перевезень, суб’єкти морських перевезень, структура флоту. Надані основні види суден морського транспорту та основні порти. Представлені особливості морської логістики та назви найвідоміших компаній морської логістики. У ході дослідження використано методи порівняльного аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення, індукції і дедукції. Методологічною та інформаційною основою роботи є наукові праці, матеріали періодичних видань, ресурси Internet, законодавчі та нормативно-правові акти України і світу. The paper is devoted to the analysis of maritime transport logistics. The authors analyze the issues of optimizing the work of organizations of all activities. The purpose of the work is to systematize and develop the theoretical and practical basis of maritime transport logistics. The purpose of sea transportation, types of cargo, directions of transportation, subjects of sea transportation, structure of the fleet are analyzed. The main types of sea transport vessels and main ports are provided. Features of sea logistics and names of the most known companies of sea logistics are presented. У статті розглянуто законодавство США з питань електронної комерції, як еталонний приклад прогресивного правового поля відносин, що з’являються в мережі Інтернет. Розкрито ключові етапи розвитку електронної торгівлі та реалізації комерційних відносин загалом. Також розглянуто нормативні акти, що регламентують основні аспекти ведення електронної торгівлі. Особливу увагу приділено виявленню перешкод та готовності міжнародної та української правової бази для формування безпечного середовища для вільної реалізації електронної комерції. The paper is devoted to the study of e-commerce as an innovative way to implement a wide range of commercial relations remotely, and the readiness of the legal framework of the international community and Ukraine in particular to abandon traditional forms of doing business in favor of its digitalization. The paper examines US e-commerce law as a reference example of the progressive legal field of relationships emerging on the Internet. The paper reveals the key stages of development of e-commerce and the implementation of commercial relations in general. The paper also considers the regulations of governing the main aspects of ecommerce. The paper pays special attention to the analysis of the identification of obstacles and readiness of the international and Ukrainian legal framework for the formation of a safe environment for the free implementation of e-commerce. Також досліджено перспективи реформ стосовно цього податку, трансформації його у податок на виведений капітал в умовах отримання збитків підприємствами та зниження показників економічного рівня загалом. У статті здійснено порівняльний аналіз цих двох податків та проаналізовано вплив такого реформування на економіку всієї країни. Проаналізовано також європейські моделі оподаткування прибутку компаній з метою виконання міжнародних норм Україною. The paper is devoted to the characterization and analysis of income tax in Ukraine at the present stage, as well as the issue of the level of tax burden, the level of all revenues to the state budget of Ukraine and all issues and problems associated with its management. The authors also examined the prospects for reform of this tax, its transformation into a tax on the withdrawn capital in the conditions of losses for enterprises and a decrease in economic indicators in general. The paper provides a comparative analysis of these two taxes and analyzes the impact of such a reform on the economy of the whole country. Also analyzed are European models of taxation of corporate profits in order to comply with international standards of Ukraine. At the present stage, the income tax is the main tax paid by legal entities, because making a profit is the main goal of any company, and such a tax can both promote development and cause quite big problems for business. At the same time, there is a lot of discussion and controversy about the transformation of the traditional income tax by the withholding tax, taking the example of Estonia. This issue is one of the most pressing now, because the transformation of the tax will have a strong impact on the state of our economy and will allow the business sector to develop with renewed vigor fairly quickly. The subject of this study is the tax on withdrawn capital, as well as how it affects the business of our country. The question of how to ensure reform in general and the transformation of income tax into withholding tax is still controversial and is often raised in the work of various experts. The paper describes and compares these two taxes (income tax and withheld capital tax), focusing on the problems and shortcomings of both taxes and ways to improve the situation.Item ФАКТОРИ ВПЛИВУ НА РОЗВИТОК КОНСАЛТИНГОВИХ ПОСЛУГ. Позначено проблеми ринку консалтингових послуг та можливі причини низького попиту на консалтингові послуги в Україні. Визначено фактори впливу на ефективність консалтингових послуг та індикатори їх результативності. Запропоновано заходи стосовно підвищення ефективності консалтингових послуг. At the present stage of development of the world economy, consulting services are an extremely important element of the market infrastructure of developed countries. The formation and development of the consulting market in Ukraine is caused by the processes of transformation of the economic system in the country. After analyzing current research in this area, it is clear that the work is mainly aimed at: analysis of consulting activities; study of practical and methodical world experience of counseling etc. However, these studies are not aimed at studying the factors influencing the effectiveness of consulting services. Thus, based on the study, it can be determined that the current stage of development of consulting services in Ukraine is transitional. Factors such as: the economic situation in the country have a strong influence on the efficiency of consulting services; competition; solvency of consumers of consulting services. Описано ризики на підприємстві та заходи їх усунення. Виявлено групи розподілу ризиків у сільському підприємстві, визначено напрями впливу на ризики в господарювання в умовах опанування ринків. Розглянуто існуючі методи традиційного й альтернативного страхування. Визначено головні причини виникнення реінжинірингу. The agro-industrial complex consists of a complex system, using the power of all the main features of the system: the complexity of work, the complexity of efficient resources. The state of the agro-industrial complex is an important indicator of a sustainable national economy whenever needed as a whole. Given the economic and political instability of recent years, risk management of agricultural enterprises is becoming one of the most pressing issues. Risk is the probability of deviation of the real value of the studied process, phenomenon, event from the planned one, which leads to diversity in the decision-making process to improve the efficiency of agricultural production. It is necessary to develop a methodology for determining the nature of the risk in relation to agricultural production and highlight the main features of its manifestation in agriculture.
