Item ECONOMIC SECURITY MODEL OF ENTERPRISES. МОДЕЛЬ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЮ БЕЗПЕКОЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ(2018) ДРОБЯЗКО Світлана ІгорівнаThe economic security management model of enterprise was constructed based on the principles of the theory of systems and its varieties and scientific approaches to the definition of the components of economic security and approaches to its formation on the theoretical level and in real practice. The principles, requirements, components, properties of this model are singled out. Thus, the epistemological basis for the emergence of the theory of social systems security is the recognition of the existence of two basic functions in social systems: development functions and security functions. The development function is associated with the realization of interests that leads to the emergence of qualitatively new states of the system. The security function is associated with actions to protect the development function from threats. That is, the desire for safe development is a systemic property of any social system. Побудовано модель управління економічною безпекою підприємства, побудована на засадах теорії систем та їх різновидів і наукових підходів до визначення складових економічної безпеки та підходів до її формування на теоретичному рівні й у реальній практиці. Виокремлено принципи, вимоги, компоненти, властивості цієї моделі. Отже, гносеологічною основою появи теорії безпеки соціальних систем є визнання наявності двох базових функцій у соціальних системах: функції розвитку та функції безпеки. Функція розвитку пов’язана з реалізацією інтересів, що зумовлює появу якісно нових станів системи. Функція безпеки пов’язана з діями щодо захисту функції розвитку від загроз. Тобто, прагнення до безпечного розвитку є системною властивістю будь-якої соціальної системи.Item ПРАВОВІ МЕХАНІЗМИ ІПОТЕЧНОГО КРЕДИТУВАННЯ: ЗАРУБІЖНИЙ ДОСВІД ТА УКРАЇНСЬКА ПРАКТИКА. LEGAL MECHANISMS OF MORTGAGE LENDING: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND UKRAINIAN PRACTICE(2018) ЯМНЕНКО Тетяна Михайлівна; МОРГУН Аліна ОлексіївнаСтаття присвячена аналізу діючого законодавства щодо іпотечного кредитування в Україні. Надається етимологія та визначення терміну «правові механізми». Здійснюється пошук напрямків удосконалення іпотечного кредитування на основі систематизації існуючих пропозицій щодо цього питання, унормування правової бази, яка регулює ці відносини, встановлення та вирішення провідних питань в рамках теми дослідження. Визначаються основні положення системи іпотечного кредитування в зарубіжних країнах, а також можливість та доцільність здійснення імплементації правових норм зарубіжного законодавства до вітчизняного. The research paper deals with the analysis of the current legislation on mortgage lending in Ukraine. The theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improvement of mortgage lending in Ukraine, the clarification of the content and essence of the main principles of legal regulation of this sphere are presented in the paper. Etymology and definition of the term of “legal mechanisms” are provided. The search for improvement of mortgage lending is being conducted on the basis of systematization of the existing proposals on this issue, the regulation of the legal framework governing these relations have been suggested, the key issues within the research topic have been identified and resolved. The main provisions of the system of mortgage lending in foreign countries are determined, as well as the possibility and expediency of implementation of legal provisions of foreign legislation to domestic ones is identified.Item МЕХАНІЗМ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО КОНТРОЛІНГУ В ДЕРЖАВНОМУ РЕГУЛЮВАННІ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ. MECHANISM OF STRATEGIC CONTROLLING IN THE STATE REGULATION OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY(2018) МАСІНА Людмила ОлександрівнаУ статті розроблено механізм стратегічного контролінгу в державному регулюванні національної економіки. Визначені циклічні сегменти механізму стратегічного контролінгу. Досліджено структуру об’єктів стратегічного контролінгу. Сформовані принципи стратегічного контролінгу в системі державного регулювання національної економіки, кожен з яких забезпечує належний рівень виконання поставлених завдань суб’єктами контролінгу, що в свою чергу, підвищує рівень результативності та ефективності відповідних дій та процесів. Запропоновано здійснювати вибір найбільш ефективних методів стратегічного контролінгу в державному регулюванні у залежності від поставленої мети, спектру завдань та суб’єктивного підходу щодо досягнення бажаного результату, який повинен співпадати з ціллю стратегічного контролінгу. The article develops the mechanism of strategic control in the state regulation of the national economy. The cyclic segments of the strategic control mechanism are defined. The structure of objects of strategic control is explored. The principles of strategic control in the system of state regulation of the national economy are formed, each of which ensures an appropriate level of performance of the tasks by controlling entities, which in turn increases the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the respective actions and processes. It is proposed to select the most effective methods of strategic control in the state regulation depending on the set goal, the range of tasks and the subjective approach to achieve the desired result, which should coincide with the objective of strategic control.Item ПРИЧИННО-НАСЛІДКОВА ОЦІНКА РИЗИКУ У ВИДАВНИЧІЙ ГАЛУЗІ. Виокремлено різні наукові підходи до класифікації ризиків. Запропоновано визначення ризику у видавничій галузі національної економіки. Визначені завдання координації пов’язаної з ризиком у видавничій галузі. Запропоновано формування послідовних взаємопов’язаних етапів для розробки стратегії розвитку видавничої галузі національної економіки з урахуванням ризику. Досліджено питання ризику пов’язані з вибором посередників на ринку видавничої продукції. запропоновано оцінювати посередника за відповідними моделями конкурентоспроможності у процесі прийняття рішення про співпрацю у видавничій справі. Запропоновані принципи формування системи критеріїв у ризик менеджменту. The article deals with the research and substantiation of the causal risk assessment in the publishing industry of the national economy. Different scientific approaches to the classification of risks are singled out. The definition of risk in the publishing industry of the national economy is proposed. The problem of risk-related coordination in the publishing industry has been identified. The formation of successive interconnected stages for the development of a strategy for the development of the publishing industry of the national economy taking into account the risk is suggested. To date, under the influence of the combined influence of external and internal factors, the dynamics of transformational change in Ukraine is accompanied by a significant increase in political and economic instability, as well as the aggravation of social problems. The complex conditions of the current situation of the national socio-economic system of Ukraine predetermine the need to determine the methods and ways of ensuring socio-economic safety at all levels. One of the most widespread among a large number of safety studies is the study of the features of economic security of the enterprise, which has recently transformed into socio-economic safety. ANALYSIS OF THE MODERN SITUATION ON ENTERPRISES OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT ECONOMY: FEATURES AND PROBLEMS(2018) ЮДІНА Олена ІванівнаУ статті досліджено сучасний стан готельно-ресторанного господарства і сфери туризму, виявлено основні проблеми і тенденції розвитку підприємств і галузей індустрії гостинності в Україні та Дніпропетровської області. Проведено оцінку динаміки туристичних потоків, показників активності готельних, ресторанних і туристичних підприємств на сучасному етапі. Досліджено особливості впливу туристичної діяльності на розвиток готельно-ресторанної сфери в сучасних умовах. В ході аналізу встановлено, що за останні 5 років в цих галузях економіки знизилися основні показники активності і спостерігаються ознаки занепаду. Under modern conditions of business operating, an analysis of environment of an enterprise, features of development of the socio-economic system and of the economic country complex is getting more and more important. This is an initial phase in the formation of strategy and mechanisms of activity of the enterprise, including real actual problems and perspective directions of development of the industries, regions and country in the whole. A hotel-restaurant economy is the important constituent of pertaining to national economy complex, sphere of hospitality and one of staples of market of the tourist services. Мета дослідження полягає у розкритті основних підходів щодо організації обліку розрахунків з дебіторами, особливо в умовах нестабільної економічної ситуації. У статті визначено необхідність правильної облікової політики щодо організації розрахунків з різними дебіторами, розкрито основні напрями управління дебіторською заборгованістю як при організації роботи власними силами (шляхом розширення повноважень бухгалтерської служби, інших підрозділів), так і при залученні компаній на аутсорсінгу. The article deals with the features of the organization of accounts receivable in the context of the management of calculations. MODELING OF THE IMPACT OF FACTORS ON THE CROWNFUNDING DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE(2018) ШЕВЧЕНКО Інна Юріївна; КОБЗАРЄВА Ганна ЮріївнаУ статті здійснено моделювання впливу факторів на розвиток краудфандингу в Україні. За результатами експертного ранжирування та кореляційно-регресійного аналізу виявлено, що найбільш значущий вплив на розвиток краудфандингу (за результуючими показниками «успішні проекти», «доброчинці», «неуспішні проекти» та «неопубліковані проекти») в регіонах України в 2015-2017 рр. здійснювали такі факторні показники соціально-економічного розвитку як середньомісячна заробітна плата та чисельність наявного населення. In the present unstable conditions, characterized by the decrease in the number of the investors and the significant outflow of the investment from the country in view of the socio-economic crisis, the enterprises and entrepreneurs are forced to seek the new sources of the financial resources, among which, in recent years, the leading place belongs the crowdfunding as the newest method of the financing of the commercial and social projects. In Ukraine the crowdfunding begins to develop intensively from 2012 due to the successful implementation of the number of projects on the basis of the crowdfunding platform «Spilnokosht».Item СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ В УПРАВЛІННІ ЗАПАСАМИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЛЕГКОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ. Обґрунтовано необхідність системного підходу до коректування структури, форм і методів управління матеріальними ресурсами в сучасних економічних умовах. Запропоновано узагальнену модель функціонування системи нормування матеріальних ресурсів в умовах автоматизації процесів управління. Визначено напрями проведення подальших досліджень та вдосконалення отриманої моделі. The need to increase the efficiency of the operation of enterprises of the industrial complex and light industry in particular, can be ensured by integration on the basis of management of economic processes, which connect the internal resources of the subject of the economy and the environment. In this context, the qualitative management of inventories of material resources, which by the end of 2017 amounted to more than 23% in the total volume of working capital assets of light industry enterprises, became of particular importance.Item
