Для цього було виконано такі завдання: проаналізовано історичні аспекти регулювання права на свободу думки і слова на конституційному й інших рівнях; висвітленосутнісні характеристики права на свободу думки і слова, регламентованого в радянський та пострадянський періоди; ураховано вітчизняний досвід правового регулювання права на свободу думки і слова, його позитивні та негативні тенденції та здобутки всучасній правотворчій практиці України вцій сфері.Thepurposeof the article is to study the state of legal regulation of the right to freedom of thought and speech before the proclamation of independence of Ukraine. To this end, we have solved the following tasks: analyzed the historical aspects of the regulation of the rightto freedom of thought and speech at the constitutional and other levels; revealed the essential characteristics of the right to freedom of thought and speech, regulated in the Soviet and post-Soviet period; took into account the domestic experience of constitutional and legal regulation of the right to freedom of thought and speech, its positive and negative trends and achievements in modern law-making practice of Ukraine in this area.Item Державницько-політичні погляди в універсалістській системі світогляду Піфагора. The purposeof this article is to introduce (or return) into scientific circulation information about the forgotten universal ancient thinker, philosopher and sage –Pythagoras. He was the originator of European philosophy, science, culturology, musicology, and others. In the holistic teaching of the thinker it is necessary to highlight the state and political views that served as the basis for their development by other ancient philosophers and sages.Item Логічні засоби оптимізації слідчої діяльності. Logical Means of Investigative Activity Optimization(2020) Гвоздік, О.І.; Hvozdik, O.Метою статтіє пошук логічних засобів підвищення ефективності аналізу слідчих версій, доказових матеріалів і свідчень, а також системне розроблення технології використання таких засобів у практичній діяльності слідчих. Методологія. Метод порівняльного аналізу використано для виявлення джерел основних суперечностей, що простежуються внайпоширеніших методологічних підходах до розв’язання окресленої проблеми в сучасній літературі.Методи логічного моделювання, узагальнення та формалізації застосовано в процесі розробленнялогіко-евристичних стратегій та алгоритмів оптимізації розслідування. Thepurpose of the articleconsists in a search of logical means of enhancing the efficiency of analysis of investigative versions, evidential materials and testimonies, and also in systematic elaborating the technology of application such means in investigators’ practical activity. Methodology. The method of comparative analysis is used for the exposure of sources of basic contradictions, traced in the most widespread methodological approaches to decision of the examined problem in modern literature. The methods of logical modeling, generalization and formalization are used during the elaboration of logical heuristic strategies and algorithms of investigative optimization.
