Item НЕМАТЕРІАЛЬНІ БЛАГА І НЕМАЙНОВІ ПРАВА: ПРОБЛЕМИ МЕТОДОЛОГІЇ. INTANGIBLE BENEFITS AND NON-PROPERTY RIGHT: PROBLEMS OF METHODOLOGY(2018) СКРИПНИК Володимир ЛеонідовичСтаттю присвячено дослідженню методологічних проблем у цивільному праві. Сформовано цілісне уявлення про нематеріальні блага як об’єкт цивільних прав і з’ясовано співвідношення цієї правової категорії з категорією особистих немайнових прав. З’ясовано, що виникнення нематеріальних благ пов’язано з певними юридичними фактами, головним з яких є народження фізичної особи. Установлено, що нематеріальні блага переважно є природними, вони не підлягають відчуженню чи поновленню у разі їх утрати. Доведено, що головною ознакою неособистих немайнових благ є неможливість їх поновлення. A whole picture of intangible benefits as an object of civil rights was formed and the relationship between this legal category and the category of personal non-property rights was clarified. The interest of a person can exist and be realized only in a society with, within the limits defined by the law, involves its realization. The lawmaker personifies the available benefits in certain right sthatare granted to a person and are implemented by a person within the law. The peculiarity of intangible benefits is such a property as inalienability. Intangible benefits can not be sold, donated, leased. At the same time, the specificity of non-property rights as an object of civil rights also determines their special protection order it’s compensation for moral damage caused to a person in connection with an encroachment upon anyone's benefits.Item ЗЕД ДОГОВІР ЯК ОСНОВА ВЗАЄМОВІДНОСИН МІЖ КОНТРАГЕНТАМИ: ОБЛІКОВИЙ АСПЕКТ. Метою дослідження є нормативно-правові засади укладання зовнішньоекономічних договорів та дослідження впливу їх положень на відображення інформації в бухгалтерському обліку. У статті обгрунтовано необхідність правильності укладання та оформлення договорів, впливу їх положень на відображення операцій в бухгалтерському обліку, особливо у сфері ЗЕД. Наголошено на дотриманні діючих вимог чинного законодавства як у сфері документального забезпечення документообігу, так і в сфері бухгалтерського обліку. The article is devoted to the study of foreign economic agreements as a legal basis for the regulation of transactions between entities of foreign economic activity. In the introduction, it is determined that obtaining the desired results by the parties to the contract directly depends on the quality of registration of relations between them. Many researchers investigate resource capacity of the enterprises and the corresponding organizational and economic mechanism of management in their works. Researchers emphasize the complex nature of creation and functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of the enterprises resource capacity. They also study its subsystems and blocks. At the same time, the dominance in the scientific literature of the process approach to modeling the organizational and economic mechanism for managing resource potential prevents a qualitative solution to the problem of developing system indicators for evaluating its efficiency. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LARGEST ENTERPRISES OF THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE(2018) ЛЯХОВСЬКА Олена ВасилівнаЗгруповано основні показники діяльності найбільших підприємств хімічної промисловості України. Виявлено суттєвий вплив даних підприємств на функціонування хімічної промисловості України загалом (оскільки дані підприємства займають майже 48 % від обсягу реалізованої хімічної продукції України і більшість з них є монополістами у своїй сфері діяльності). Наведено коротку характеристику діяльності аналізованих підприємств. Окреслено основні та специфічні перешкоди розвитку підприємств хімічної промисловості та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення. The article investigates the place and role of the largest enterprises in the chemical industry of Ukraine. The chemical industry of Ukraine is represented by almost 2000 enterprises. However, it is based on several large enterprises. The activity of these enterprises forms the main tendencies in the chemical industry of Ukraine: almost 47% of the volume of chemical products sold is the products of the largest enterprises; almost 40% of chemical workers are involved in the activities of these enterprises; most of the enterprises analyzed are monopolists in their activities.Item ЕКОНОМІЧНІ САНКЦІЇ В АРСЕНАЛІ МЕТОДІВ ТОРГОВЕЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ВОЄН *. The spread of anti-globalization tendencies and the imbalance of national interests cause tensions in international relations and lead to the escalation of inter-state trade conflicts. The article examines the importance of the deposit policy of banks in the context of deposits of individuals. An important place in the process of managing the bank's deposit activities is measures that affect the economic behavior of potential customers - individuals. Each bank aims to increase the number of depositors, accordingly, due to this, an increase in the resource base will take place and more money will participate in monetary and credit turnover. In the article the tendencies and problems of development of deposit business of commercial banks of Ukraine in modern conditions were considered. При усіх своїх перевагах нинішній баланс національної економічної системи не надає повного уявлення про економіку як про єдину систему та не забезпечує суворого переходу у процесі економічного аналізу й оцінки, планування від одного аспекту до іншого. Із огляду на сучасні тенденції у розвитку планування і, зокрема, ті вимоги, які випливають із нашої економічної реформи, можна констатувати, що найближча ціль у вдосконаленні балансу національної господарської доктрини полягає у подоланні насамперед цього недоліку. It is substantiated that economic reform and the transition to a system of management of the national economic system by economic methods put the balance of the national economic system in new demands that it can no longer satisfy in the present state. Naturally, now the balance of the national economic system requires that it become a model of the balance of the whole economy, reflecting not only certain aspects, but also a strict connection between them. Without this connection, the picture of economic turnover can not be holistic, however detailed and deeply dealt with by its separate parties. It is argued that the current balance is a set of documents, not an integrated system. Each one is a spreadsheet that compares resources and uses the object to which the corresponding balance is devoted.Item
