Відображено поділ компетентностей за різними методологіями. Описано класифікацію компетентностей. Досліджено технологічний інструментарій єдиного інформаційно-освітнього середовища. Виділена концепція накопичення компетентностей. The paper analyzes the works of scientists on the development of competences in the researched disciplines of the information technology cycle. The distribution of competencies according to different methodologies is shown. The classification of competencies is described. The technological toolkit of a single informational and educational environment has been studied. The concept of accumulation of competences is highlighted. Summarizing, we can draw the following conclusions. Thus, mastering the content of the disciplines of the cycle of information technologies by students of higher education in the conditions of a single informational and educational environment allows to speed up the process of obtaining and consolidating information, simplifying its perception, mastering a large amount of educational material in a fairly short period of time. Most higher education students are happy to learn new technologies with the help of their devices, develop intellectual abilities and try to increase their level of use of Internet technologies. And teachers get the opportunity to shape the development trajectories of each student; fundamentally new opportunities for the organization of research, project activities and adaptation of educational material to real life; fundamentally new opportunities for knowledge transfer: video lectures, webinars, video broadcasts, integrated practical classes, cooperative laboratory work; online communication. Therefore, the combination of face-to-face and remote forms of education is the next evolutionary step towards providing the educational process with the properties of adaptability, flexibility, openness and mobility.Item МАРКЕТИНГ ЯК СКЛАДНИК ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА. Удосконалено схему функціональної структури бізнесу. Вказано особливості структури базисних функціоналів бізнесу. Висвітлено значення базисних функціоналів для інноваційної діяльності підприємства, зокрема маркетингового та інноватики. Для забезпечення інноваційного розвитку розглянуто ключові риси моделі інноваційних пріоритетів підприємства та показано важливість слідування вимогам концепції клієнтського маркетингу. Позначено вимоги якісного формування інформаційного функціоналу та функціоналу інтелекту. Іnnovative activity is a necessary condition for improving the state of the enterprise and its position in the market. It is based on certain ideas: simple, the implementation of which does not require significant investment and global, based on fundamental research works and which require significant investment costs. However, very often the expected effectiveness of innovative projects is not achieved. The risks associated with non-return of spent resources increase with the increasing the level of radicalism of scientific developments, that form the basis of projects. In many cases, new competitors appear during the bringing the product to market, or by the time it appears, potential consumers are unprepared. In addition, there is a low level of innovation activity, due to the low level of innovation potential and insufficiency of resources to increase it. At the same time, first of all, innovative problems are put forward, while the importance of marketing in the innovative activity of the enterprise recedes into the background. The marketing component in innovative activity of the enterprise occupies a particularly important place, because determines the fate of many inventions and discoveries. It indicates the need to consider the problem of innovative development of domestic enterprises through the spectrum of unified innovative and marketing activities with highlighting the concept of customer marketing as a priority to accelerate the pace of scientific and technical progress.Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОБЛІКУ ЗБРОЇ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ. FEATURES OF WEAPONS ACCOUNTING AT THE ENTERPRISE(2022) КРІЛЬ, Ярослава Ярославівна; KRIL, Yaroslava; ЮРЧЕНКО, Олександра Богданівна; YURCHENKO, OleksandraЗдійснене дослідження законодавства у статті дозволяє стверджувати, що існують суттєві неточності та питання у контексті того, які саме суб’єкти господарювання мають право використовувати зброю, а також які види зброї дозволені тому чи іншому підприємству з огляду на його основну діяльність. У статті акцентовано увагу на необхідності ґрунтовного вивчення правового поля діяльності підприємства стосовно можливості використання зброї працівниками для виконання їх службових обов’язків і дотримання ліцензійних вимог та вимог дозвільної системи, що запроваджена органами Міністерства внутрішніх справ України. Розглянуто основні аспекти документального оформлення, обліку придбання та використання вогнепальної, пневматичної та холодної зброї і бойових припасів до неї підприємствами, які мають на це право згідно з чинним законодавством. Тheoretical, legal and accounting problems in the field of weapons circulation in Ukraine reflect the needs of modern society. They require scientific conceptualization and a thorough study of theoretical, organizational and legal foundations. Analyzing the Ukrainian legislation that regulates the circulation of weapons in Ukraine, it is possible to identify the main problem, which consists, first of all, in the absence of a single Law of Ukraine "On Weapons". Проаналізовано різні підходи вчених до підстав криміналізації незаконного втручання в роботу автоматизованої системи документообігу суду. Вказано, що криміналізація діяння у національному законодавстві обумовлена низкою різних чинників, зокрема й особливостями окремих галузей права та правової культури. The paper examines the grounds of criminalization of interference in the activities of judicial bodies and the work of automated systems in the institutions of the justice system of Ukraine. Different approaches of scientists regarding the grounds of criminalization of illegal interference in the work of the court's automated document management system have been analyzed. У статті розглянуто, які проблеми та перспективи мають сільські території України. Проведено короткий огляд теоретичних положень і методичних підходів до оцінювання ролі інвестиційного процесу та обґрунтовано найважливіші напрями його активації на сільських територіях України. In modern realities, when there is a rapid decline of the Ukrainian countryside, provoked by the demographic crisis and the economic decline of production in the countryside, the process of finding additional investments for the development of rural areas in accordance with European trends in economic development is gaining relevance. As a novelty of the research, the theoretical provisions regarding the economic essence of the investment process have been further developed, in particular, the definition of its concept in relation to rural areas, signs and directions of activation has been proposed. Practical significance. Виокремлено нормативно-правові акти на національному рівні, які гарантують кожній особі право на судовий захист та обов’язковість виконання судових рішень. Характеризується процес виконання судових рішень у цивільних справах відповідно до національного законодавства. Підкреслено головне завдання цивільного судочинства, яке спрямовано на захист прав, свобод чи інтересів фізичних осіб, прав та інтересів юридичних осіб, інтересів держави. Підсумовується, що забезпечення виконання судового рішення є обов’язком держави, від виконання якого залежить авторитет судової влади, довіри до суду та віри у правосуддя. The paper is devoted to the main aspects of the execution of court decisions as the final stage of the civil process, special attention is focused on the problems of today. The meaning of the last stage of the civil process was analyzed and its place among other procedural actions was clarified. The reasons for the actual non-execution of court decisions are determined, which are related to the violation of the systematic organization of their implementation both procedurally and organizationally, and which are also related to the full-scale war in Ukraine. Regulatory legal acts at the national level are singled out, which guarantee every person the right to judicial protection and the mandatory execution of court decisions.Item Економіка. Фінанси.
