Проведено SWOT-аналіз українських морських торгових портів, визначено сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози. Надано перелік пріоритетних напрямків організаційного розвитку морських торгівельних портів України, як умови забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності в умовах глобалізації світової економіки. Сформовано принципи функціонування та розвитку морських портів. Ukraine is a maritime state, with numerous sea and river ports. This is an integral part of the country's transport and industrial infrastructure. Services provided by seaports and maritime agency services for the organization and establishment of the process of interaction between ships and ports are in great demand, but need to be improved in the context of globalization of the world economy and growing consumer needs. За результатами порівняльного аналізу інвестиційної активності суб’єктів господарювання окреслено можливості для підвищення дієвості інвестиційної бюджетної політики в указаній сфері. The article is devoted to some aspects of state policy of digital development. The coherence level of the goals established in the normative-legal acts concerning the rating position of Ukraine according to the international indices characterizing the development level of digital economy and society, information and communication technologies introduction, is estimated. The purpose of the paper is to study the key priorities of public policy in the field of information and communication and digital technologies at the present stage, the consistency of the policy goals, the effectiveness of certain directions of public financial policy (especially investment) to stimulate the development of this area, with the appropriate analytical presentation of its results.Item ОЦІНКА КРЕДИТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПОЗИЧАЛЬНИКА ЗА ДОПОМОГОЮ ДИСКРИМІНАНТНОГО АНАЛІЗУ. ASSESSMENT OF THE BORROWER'S CREDIT CAPACITY USING DISCRIMINATIVE ANALYSIS(2020) ШЕПТУХА, Олена Михайлівна; SHEPTUKHA, Olena Mykhailivna; ЛАПТЄВА, Анна Юріївна; LAPTIEVA, Anna YuriivnaОцінка кредитоспроможності позичальника є актуальним питанням, яке впливає на успішність та результативність його кредитної діяльності. Статтю присвячено визначенню сутності та оцінці кредитоспроможності позичальника із застосуванням методів дискримінантного аналізу. У ній проведено оцінку кредитоспроможності ПрАТ «Харківська бісквітна фабрика» із використанням зарубіжних та вітчизняних методик оцінки кредитоспроможності позичальника. За результатами розрахунків було визначено, що підприємство належить до класу А, що характеризується високим фінансовим станом. . At the present stage of economic development in the organization of credit relations uses a significant number of approaches and methods to determine the creditworthiness of the borrower. Today, banking institutions are developing different approaches to the analysis of the borrower's creditworthiness. Moreover, each bank determines its own method of assessing the financial condition of a potential borrower, taking into account the specific terms of the contract. Assessment of creditworthiness of the enterprise by the method of discriminant analysis is carried out by calculating and interpreting the integrated indicator of financial condition. In general, the degree of reliability of the assessment of economic security of the enterprise and a set of necessary measures to prevent possible threats depend on the accurate identification of threats, the correct choice of a system of indicators for diagnosis. Виявлено, що внутрішня транспортно-логістична система України знаходить у важкому положенні, оскільки відсутній необхідний транспортно-дорожній комплекс. Розглянуто фактори, які впливають на рішення українських підприємців не використовувати в своїй діяльності інформаційні системи. Надані основні задачі логістичної системи вітчизняних підприємств. Lately the ability to ship products on time and without damage has more priorities than a good price. This redistribution of emphasis on the market has led to the development of logistics management. Ukraine's transport and logistics system is still under development, with many problems that need to be solved. Particular attention should be paid to improving the quality of transport services both within the country and abroad to strengthen Ukraine's position in the international market. Результати дослідження несуть практичну значущість для виробничого підприємства ТОВ «Одєтекс», оскільки запропонована в статті стратегія створить свого роду «фундамент» для подальшого розвитку підприємства та опанування нових ринків збуту. At the present stage of development of the Ukrainian economic system, the concept of "strategy" and its appropriate application by modern enterprises is becoming increasingly important. As a country of the former Soviet Union, Ukraine is undergoing a complex process of transformation, complicated by the decline of small and medium-sized businesses in global pandemic, military events in the east, inflation, and significant wear and tear of equipment and technology. Given all these factors, it is reasonable to assume that competitiveness in both foreign and domestic markets is declining. Increasingly, modern enterprises face the problem of identifying and choosing a strategy, because every company usually has a mission and goal, but unfortunately, not every manager understands that strategy plays an important role in implementing the plan, especially when it comes to enterprise development. Акцентовано увагу на етапах та підетапах, а також їх сутнісному змісті та значенні, стосовно підготовки та планування зовнішньої оцінки корупційних ризиків. Наведено перелік можливих джерел інформації для зовнішньої оцінки корупційних ризиків. Виокремлено ряд проблем нормативн-правового, методичного та психологічного характеру, які виникають у проведенні зовнішньої оцінки корупційних ризиків у діяльності підприємств і акціонерних товариств державної форми власності. The article is devoted to the issues of external assessment of corruption risks, which is carried out by organizations that provide audit services, in the activity of enterprises and joint-stock companies of the state form of ownership. Corruption offenses in the activity of legal persons are quite common, which causes serious moral, economical and political problems, hinders development and distorts competition. They also have an extremely negative impact on the system of law enforcement and regulatory agencies, destroy independent justice. Corruption increases the doing business cost, reduces certainty in commercial relations, increases the value of goods and services, reduces their quality, destroys trust in government institutions and hinders fair and efficient market operations. It is legal persons that bear a significant part of the responsibility for the practical contribution to the fight against corruption, independently creating an appropriate atmosphere of corruption intolerance.Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ МУНІЦИПАЛЬНИМ МАЙНОМ. Визначено, що об’єкти комунальної власності призначені для задоволення соціальних, житлово-комунальних, побутових та інших потреб населення відповідної територіальної громади. After all, the property owned by the territorial community, is the economic basis for ensuring the welfare of the population in the municipality. The paper considers with the main issue of municipal property as a material basis of sustainable socio-economic development of the territorial community at the present stage. The essence and purpose of municipal property implies that the main purpose of its management is to achieve the highest possible level of satisfaction of social needs of the population. Розглядаються особливості застосування аудиторських процедур, спрямованих на збір аудиторських доказів у процесі проведення перевірки грошових потоків. Досліджено методику та технологію проведення внутрішньої перевірки грошових потоків, а також розглянуто функції служби внутрішнього аудиту. Виділено основні етапи проведення внутрішнього аудиту ефективності грошових потоків. Розглянуто технологію проведення аудиту операцій з грошовими коштам, а також запропоновано нову систему внутрішнього аудиту ефективності на підприємствах, установах, організаціях. Cash has great importance in the organization and operation of any entity. However, as the practice of tax audits shows, a large number of abuses and violations occurs quite often. The main reason for that is an ineffective conduction of internal audit and ineffective implementation of controls in cash flow accounting. Cash flows are more or less free to circulate, so there is a high possibility of funds misuse by management. Therefore, performing an internal audit of cash flow efficiency is the opportunity to increase the efficiency of accounting and cash flow management in enterprises, institutions, organizations, and necessary and extremely relevant. We see that internal audit is a very important part of business life. It doesn't matter if the company is a large multinational company with many thousands of currency units in operations every day, or if it is a local company that barely makes ends meet, in any case, checking the effectiveness of cash flows is an integral part of company`s life. An internal audit of cash flow efficiency fights against misappropriation of funds, incompetent employees who use assets unwisely, corruption, etc. So, summarizing all the above, we can conclude that a well-organized system of internal audit of cash flow efficiency provides the company, institution, organization with investment attractiveness among shareholders, competitiveness in the market. Also, this service stimulates the further development of the enterprise and maximizes the wealth of both shareholders and ordinary employees, by increasing the market value of invested capital and increasing the quality of work.Item Економіка.
