У тезах визначається роль кримінологічної науки для розв’язання низки складних проблем, що виника-ють в умовах воєнного стану. Із цією метою автором наведено деякі з цих проблем, як-от: зміна струк-тури злочинності в Україні; необхідність посилення захисту інформаційного простору; поява раніше невідомих суспільно небезпечних явищ тощо. The theses define the role of criminological science in solving a number of complex problems arising under martial law. To this end, the author lists some of these problems, such as: changing the structure of crime in Ukraine; the need to strengthen the protection of the information space; appearance of previously unknown socially dangerous phenomena, etc.
