The main goal was to identify the problematic aspects and unique features of organising pre-trial investigation of crimes committed at critical infrastructure facilities. Нові технології, які використовують в інфраструктурних системах, додають складності управлінню та захисту цих систем, а тому розгляд питань, пов’язаних зі злочинними посяганнями на критичну інфраструктуру, й організація розслідувань набувають важливого значення. Основною метою було дослідження проблемних аспектів та унікальних рис організації досудового розслідування злочинів, які вчинено на об’єктах критичної інфраструктури.
