У статті обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення державної політики антитерористичної підготовки й особливу актуальність проблеми формування антитерористичної компетенції як фактора національної безпеки. Здійснено спробу визначити перспективні напрями її вирішення в умовах гібридно-інформаційних загроз. The article substantiates the need to improve the state policy of anti-terrorist training and the special urgency of the problem of the formation of antiterrorist competence as a factor of national security. An attempt was also made to identify promising areas for its solution in the context of hybrid information threats.
