    Метою статті є порівняльний аналіз закономірностей взаємозвʼязку процесів соціальної стратифікації та процесів віктимізації населення, а також застосування системи віктимологічного запобігання злочинам у контексті соціальної стратифікації, що вимагає постійного вивчення індикаторів індивідуального способу життя й основної діяльності індивіда та на якій ґрунтується віктимізація різних соціальних груп, а також актуальність застосовування універсальних методик, які надають можливість забезпечувати збирання придатних до порівняння показників криміногенної віктимності соціальних груп в Україні та зарубіжних країнах.The purpose of the article is a comparative analysis of the patterns of the relationship between the processes of social stratification and the processes of victimization of the population, as well as the application of the victimological crime prevention system, taking into account social stratification, which requires continuous study of the indicators of the individual lifestyle and the main activities of the individual and underlies the victimization of various social groups, as well as the relevance of the use of universal techniques that allow to provide a collection of suitable for comparison of CR immunogenic victimization of social groups in Ukraine and foreign countries.
