Abstract
Розглянуто особливості функціонування та шляхи вдосконалення служби психологічного забезпечення МВС України. Висвітлено роль психологічної служби в реформуванні правоохоронних органів України.In this article the features of the current state and methods to improve the psychological service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The role and place of the psychological service in reforming the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine. Significant changes are taking place in the political, economic, environmental, cultural, educational and other spheres of life, require careful resolving the issue of providing professional skilled care to preserve mental health and assist in adapting to the complex and dynamic conditions. Timely detection and correction of psychological problems are great importance for the both overall emotional well-being of a single individual, and for the prevention of possible psychosomatic disorders in the general population. Psychological Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is a part of applied psychology, whose task is to promote the success of professional law enforcement.
