Abstract
У тезах розглядається співвідношення понять «особистість злочинця» і «особа злочинця». Наводяться аргументи щодо використання у сучасній кримінології поняття «особа злочинця». The thesis considers the relationship between the concepts of «personality of the offender» and «person of the offender». The arguments adduced regarding the use of the term «person of the offender» in modern criminology.
