П.; Chyzh, A.Метою дослідження є визначення типових форм спеціальних знань, які використовують слідчі під час розслідування умисного знищення або пошкодження майна працівника право охоронного органу, їхніх можливостей та окремих проблемних питань, що виникають під час їх реалізації.Для досягнення постав-леної мети необхідно було виконати такі завдання: 1) проаналізувати слідчу та судову практику розсліду-вання умисного знищення або пошко дження майна працівника правоохоронного органу задля визна-чення типових форм спеціальних знань, що використовують слідчі; 2) на підставі аналізу праць вітчиз-няних і зарубіжних учених окреслити можливості типових форм спеціальних знань, які використовують слідчі під час розслідування злочинів дослі джуваної категорії; 3) з огляду на теоретичні напрацювання й емпіричні дані схарактеризувати проблемні питання, які існують у слідчій практиці під час реалізації визначених типових форм використання спеціальних знань у злочинах згаданої категорії. The purpose of the article is to determine the typical forms of special knowledge used by investigators in the investigation of intentional destruction or damage to the property of a law enforcement officer, their capabilities and some problematic issues that arise during their implementation. Methodology. To achieve this goal, special research methods were used, namely: the method of system analysis, comparative law, system-structural, as well as general scientific methods, including the dialectical method and the method of analogy. The scientific novelty of the study is that based on the analysis of investigative and judicial practice of investigation of intentional destruction or damage to property of a law enforcement officer for the first time identified those forms of special knowledge that are most often used by investigators to solve certain tactical tasks. Possibilities and mistakes made by investigators during the appointment of some forensic examinations, including: commo-dity, including automotive, trasological, fire and technical, examination of materials of substances and products are revealed separately. Emphasis is placed on the important role of specialists in conducting site inspections and inspections of objects, ie those investigative (search) actions that are most common for criminal proceedings in the category under study.Item Сучасний стан і перспективи домедичної підготовки поліцейських в Україні. О.; Nesen, O.Мета статті – дослідити сучасний стан домедичної підготовки поліцейських в Україні відповідно до норм чинного законодавства й окреслити перспективи її розвитку. Для реалізації цієї мети визначено такі завдання:1) узагальнити актуальні проблеми належного навчання та збереження довготривалих знань і практичних навичок, спрямованих на порятунок людини в невідкладному стані й здійснити наукове дослідження умов підвищення рівня вмінь поліцейських за цим напрямом у системіпрофесійної службо-вої підготовки; 2) надати пропозиції з удосконалення домедичної підготовки поліцейських в межах адап-тації державних навчально-тренувальних програм до міжнародних стандартів з надання домедичної допомоги. The purpose of the article is to investigate the current state of pre-medical training of police officers in Ukraine and to outline the prospects for its development; to generalize topical problems of proper training and preservation of long term knowledge and practical skills, to carry out scientific research of conditions for improving the level of skills aimed at rescuing a person in an emergency, in the system of professional training of police officers; generalize proposals for improving home medical training of police officers within the framework of adaptation of state training programs to international standards for home care. Methodology. In accordance with the purpose and specifics of the subject of research used methods of systems analysis, generalization, comparative, functional and other methods of scientific knowledge. The scientific novelty of the publication lies in the systematic analysis of current indicators of the implementation of conditions for the proper implementation of pre-medical training of police officers in Ukraine. The requirements for the introduction of uniform standards during primary vocational training, postgraduate education, training in higher education institutions with specific training conditions and in-service training in this area are systematized. The necessity to improve the mechanism and introduction of measures of the system of continuity of training on home medical care of militiamen is argued. The author’s approach to the creation of basic educational and methodological support of classes on pre-medical training of police officers and the need to comply with the requirements approved by state standards, in accordance with the proper training of instructors who have the right to carry out such training. Proposals have been formulated to supplement the Procedures for providing home medical care to persons in emergencies, approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 16, 2014 No. 398.
