Завдання агентства з розшуку та менеджменту активів полягає в тому, щоб, використовуючи міжнародний досвід і налагоджуючи співпрацю з міжнародними організаціями, зробити його в межах закону настільки унікальним за своєю ефективністю, щоб ні в кого не виникало питань щодо доцільності його існування. При цьому, агентство з розшуку та менеджменту активів повністю під силу забезпечити збереження, економічну вартість і реалізацію відповідних активів, а також передачу їх в управління відповідно до законодавства та реалізацію конфіскованих у кримінальному провадженні активів. Очевидно, що нова система управління активами, яку створить агентство, має приносити державі дохід, а не спричиняти збитки та породжувати корупцію. The article analyzes general aspects of international cooperation, provision of mechanisms for detection, search and management of assets obtained from corruption and other crimes at the international and national levels. The task of the asset tracing and management agency is to, using international experience and establishing cooperation with international organizations, make it within the limits of the law so unique in its effectiveness that no one has questions about the expediency of its existence. At the same time, the asset tracing and management agency is fully capable of ensuring the preservation, economic value and sale of relevant assets, as well as their transfer to management in accordance with the law and the sale of assets confiscated in criminal proceedings.
