Мета статті полягає в обґрунтуванні специфіки міжсекторної співпраці в регіоні на засадах соціальної відповідальності, а також у виявленні її ефективних інструментів. В результаті дослідження доведено наявність впливу соціальної відповідальності учасників міжсекторної співпраці на збалансований регіональний розвиток, співставлено регуляторну базу країн Європи та Центральної Азії у сфері ДПП, виявлено специфіку міжсекторного партнерства у регіонах України. Дослідження базується на офіційних даних Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України та міжнародних організацій, діючих у сфері ДПП. In the context of dynamic and systemic changes, there is a need to find new and / or optimize existing forms of partnership and cooperation between governmental authorities, representatives of the business environment, civil society institutions and individuals. At the same time, experience of foreign countries shows that the social responsibility of the participants of regional development significantly improves the effectiveness of interaction. . The impetus for establishing cross-sectoral cooperation in the region is the social responsibility of all participants in the dialogue, and one of the effective tools is the PPP. The implementation of PPP projects enables the creation of inclusive, secure, adaptive territories, taking into account the needs of future development and creating equal opportunities for all. However, the analysis shows that there is no systematic and comprehensive approach to the proper use of PPP potential in Ukraine.
