Встановлено переважання в ній злочинного порушення правил охорони або використання надр. Абсолютна більшість із них є умисними. Фіксується відносно значний, вищий за середній зі злочинності, відсоток групової злочинної діяльності у сфері надрокористування. Охарактеризована структура цієї злочинності за видами корисних копалин, що незаконно видобуваються, а також предметами, що становлять археологічні артефакти, які вилучають із надр, місцями їх вилучення. The article is dedicated to the analysis of the structure of criminality in the bowels of the earth in Ukraine. The prevalence in it of a criminal violation of the rules of protection or use of subsoil is established. The overwhelming majority of them are deliberate. The relatively high, above average crime rate, the percentage of group criminal activity in the bowels of the earth is recorded.
