Поставлено проблему закріплення норм безпеки праці державних службовців у сучасному законодавстві України. Висвітлено рівень захисту даної категорії працівників у трудовій діяльності. Проаналізовано погляди та дослідження відомих науковців на поняття «державний службовець». Узагальнено кращий досвід, на базі якого доведено особливість правового статусу державних службовців у сфері безпеки праці. The article is devoted to the study of the legal status of civil servants of Ukraine in the field of occupational safety. The relevance, novelty of scientific research is proved and its labor significance is achieved. The importance of legally enshrining the rights and responsibilities of this category of employees is given. The types of workers’ rights in the field of labor safety are considered. The advantages of material and socio-personal nature, which form the legal status of civil servants in the field of occupational safety, are presented. The problem of fixing the norms of labor safety of civil servants in the modern legislation of Ukraine is posed. The level of protection of this category of workers in labor activity is covered. The views and research of well-known scientists on the concept of civil servant are analyzed. The best experience is summarized, on the basis of which the peculiarity of the legal status of civil servants in the field of labor safety is proved.
