Актуальність теми обумовлена тим, що реалізація механізмів перехідного правосуддя в Україні вимагає наукового осмислення основних засад та категорій моделі перехідного правосуддя. Доведено, що застосування моделі перехідного правосуддя здебільшого є об’єктивним процесом, який обумовлений нездатністю влади та суспільства до конструктивного діалогу задля примирення і сталого розвитку. In the article, the author carried out a comprehensive analysis of international legal acts in the field of human rights, as a basis for the formation of transitional justice mechanisms. The topicality of the topic is due to the fact that the implementation of transitional justice mechanisms in Ukraine requires a scientific understanding of the basic principles and categories of the transitional justice model.
