Звертається увага на недоліки законодавчого врегулювання щодо здійснення трансплантації органів та анатомічних матеріалів людини, що потребують подальшого вдосконалення законотворцем. The article examines the current state of the law governing transplantation and its impact on the level of crime in this area. The authors note a rather high level of latency in this category of criminal offences, as can be seen from the statistics on criminal offences. The article draws attention to shortcomings in the legislative regulation of the implementation of transplantation of organs and human anatomical materials, which require further improvement by the legislator.
