Визначено, що легітимність – це якісна характеристика політико-правових і соціально-духовних закономірностей формування інституційно-владного порядку в ході розвитку суспільства. Природно, що цей розвиток формує, додає, уточнює і трансформує специфічні (властиві певному часу, конкретному суспільству і його політико-правовому досвідові) джерела, принципи, механізми і практики легітимації інститутів і структур влади, владної діяльності конкретних посадових осіб та інших політичних діячів. Аргументовано, що легітимність державної влади в сучасних умовах і в контексті інституційного розвитку слід аналізувати як якісну характеристику специфічного стану політико-правової організації суспільства. The article examines the theoretical aspects of the legitimacy of law in the field of socio-political mechanism of the state. It is determined that legitimacy is a qualitative characteristic of political, legal and socio – spiritual laws of the formation of the institutional and Power order in the course of the development of society. Naturally, this development forms, adds, clarifies and transforms specific sources, principles, mechanisms and practices of legitimation of institutions and structures of power, the power activities of specific officials and other political figures (characteristic of a certain time, a particular society and its political and legal experience). It is argued that the legitimacy of state power in modern conditions and in the context of institutional development should be analyzed as a qualitative characteristic of the specific state of the political and legal organization of society.uk-UAArticle
