Пропонується обов’язкове виділення в державному бюджеті України коштів на кожен із видів витрат на національну оборону, крім витрат на військову допомогу зарубіжним країнам і запровадження відсоткового співвідношення кожного виду витрат щодо загального розміру видатків на оборону. The article substantiates the proposals concerning the types of expenditures for national defense.
