Мета статтіполягає в тому, щоб на підставі наукових здобутків, правових актів та інших джерел проаналізувати верховенство права як визначальну конституційну засаду вирішення виборчих спорів. Це зумовлює окреслення низки завдань, зокрема: висвітлитибагатоаспектність розуміння однієї з визначальних конституційних засад –верховенства права; з’ясувати специфіку вирішення виборчих спорів; виокремити основні методологічні підходи дослідження зазначеної проблематики та їх перспективні напрями. The article analyzes the conceptual approaches to understanding the rule of law, describes the features of this principle, as well as emphasizes its importance for the settlement of electoral disputes. Thepurpose of the article is to analyze the rule of law as a determining constitutional basis for resolving election disputes on the basis of existing scientific achievements, legal acts and other sources.
