У зв’язку з ухваленням нового законодавства досліджено проблематику застосування нової моделі примусового виконання судових рішень та рішень інших органів в Україні. The scientific article has researched the foreign experience of international systems of compulsory enforcement of judgments and judicial acts of other authorities; it has provided the new classification of compulsory enforcement models, also, with the usage of comparison method, it has outlined the main differentiating characteristic – self-sufficient subject of enforcement.
