У статті аналізуються приватно-правові та публічно-правові підходи до правового регулювання правовідносин із припинення права на аліменти та набуття у власність дитиною нерухомого майна. Розглядаються типові та нетипові випадки, які пов’язані з процедурою отримання дозволу на припинення права на аліменти, де автор наголошує на розширеному колі суб’єктів, які можуть отримати такий дозвіл; проаналізовано концепцію місця проживання та її вплив на характер правовідносин із припинення права на аліменти та процедурі укладення договору та особливостей набуття права власності на нерухоме майно того чи іншого виду. Ставляться в залежність до моменту укладення договору та набуття права власності вид майна та характер способів набуття попередньо його власником (платником аліментів). The article is devoted to the disclosure of the procedure for concluding a contract and the acquisition of the right of ownership by immovable property to the child by termination of maintenance obligations. The article analyzes private-law and public-law approaches to the legal regulation of legal relations on the termination of the right to alimony and the acquisition of property by a child of real estate. Typical and non-typical cases related to the procedure for obtaining a permit for termination of the right to maintenance are considered where the author has an extended circle of subjects who may receive such permission; the concept of a place of residence and its influence on the nature of legal relations on the termination of the right to maintenance and the procedure for concluding a contract and the peculiarities of acquiring the right of ownership to real estate of one kind or another are analyzed.
