The paper examines one of the modern technologies that has a significant impact on the development of human resources – coaching. A certain topic is relevant for the development of any enterprise, because it is a source for discovering new prospects, innovative ideas, and stable competitive positions. It is the personnel of the enterprise and their potential that can turn the usual course of the organization's work into a creative and innovative process, provide the goods or services of the institution with uniqueness, which is so necessary to maintain its own brand and achieve sustainable development.
