Зроблено висновок, що принципи соціального забезпечення повинні відображати особливість і сутність інституту соціального забезпечення, відповідати сучасним політико-правовим умовам і напрямам державної політики реформування соціальної сфери, а також міжнародним стандартам. In the article on the basis of the theory of law, the theory of social security, the current legislation and the opinions of scientists formulated the concept and identified the basic principles of social security, called the characteristic features of these guiding principles.
