The problem of providing housing for citizens is one of the most important socio-economic tasks of every state. Housing problems are closely interrelated with the problems of the crisis of the family, reducing the birth rate, comfort and wellbeing of citizens and, as a consequence – set the vector of development of society as a whole. Social housing is more affordable than open market housing.
