Досліджено законодавство окремих зарубіжних держав в частині регламентації проваджень на підставі угод, виявлено спільне та відмінне у положеннях законодавства цих держав, що регламентують зазначений інститут з відповідними положеннями законодавства України. The article analyses the principles of criminal, criminal procedural and anticorruption legislation of Ukraine in the parts of regulations of criminal proceedings based on agreements in the sphere of countering corruption.
